I confirm having read the entire contents of this folder and understood well that the advance payment to give at the time of signing the sale agreement will be 20%. This advance payment gives me the right, the day after the signing, to live and occupy this property at no additional cost to the final signing of the sale.

I have read the conditions of occupation of the house as defined in chapter “Advantages of free trial period”. If the seller withdraws the compromise between the date of signing the commitment and the date of final signature, he will have to reimburse me the 20% of the deposit paid, plus indemnity compensation equal to the deposit payment (20% of value of the property).

So here I indicate my price offer and my request of visits:
